Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data
In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing regulations, I hereby grant prior, express, and informed authorization to the Hotel Museo San Moritz, located at Calle 17 #4-80 in Bogotá, D.C., to collect, store, use, circulate, and delete my personal data, which I have provided in this registration, as the data controller.
The purposes for which the Hotel will process my data are: (i) to manage my reservation and the provision of lodging services; (ii) to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including registration in the Tourist Accommodation Information System (SIAT) and other reports to the competent authorities; and (iii) to conduct statistical analyses and improve our services.
I hereby explicitly authorize the Hotel Museo San Moritz to use my contact information (name, email address, telephone number) to send me marketing communications, promotions, satisfaction surveys, and news about the hotel's services and events, and/or to share my personal data with third-party business partners and/or marketing and advertising service providers, located in Colombia or abroad, for the sole purpose of contacting me to offer products, services, or benefits that may be of interest to me.
I acknowledge that I have been informed that providing sensitive data is optional and that I have the right to access, update, rectify, and delete my personal data, as well as to revoke this authorization at any time. To exercise these rights, I can contact the hotel via email at sanmortizhotel@gmail.com or directly at the hotel reception. The Hotel's Personal Data Processing Policy is available for review at the hotel reception, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012.
